HSE Management
• Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and Design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors.
• Conduct inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals
• Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the unit.
• Develop Health, Safety and Environment scope of works for Consultants and Contractors..
• Ensure project’s Environmental Management Systems & performance are in compliance with HSE Impact Assessment (HSEIA & EIA) Codes, HSEIA Guidelines, Project specific HSEIA Report recommendations.
• Review projects Safety/HSE target schedules to ensure that they are being achieved effectively and efficiently in accordance with Corporate, Company and Project requirements.
• Develops and updates Safety and Environment standards, procedures and guidelines in conformity with Company policies for use in-house or by Contractors/Consultants with regard to Projects undertaken.
• Develop and update the Division’s Health, Safety and Environment annual Audit Programs/ plans and Training Program for all areas.
• Administer Health, Safety and Environment documents and records to ensure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements.
• Review the design work of the Consultants to ensure conformity with Company safety requirements. and scope of works. Enhance the approval of safety and environmental studies and other safety documents of Projects, pursuant to incorporation of ADNOC requirements in the documents.
• Review the work related to safety and environment of design Consultants/ Contractors and ensures that requisite quality and standards are maintained and adopted.
• Participate in Hazop, environmental, safety studies, accident investigation and other report reviews for all projects.
• Participate in Technical Evaluations of technical submittals by tenderers for new Projects.
• Enhance the approval process of the health, safety and environmental impact assessment study (HSEIA) for new projects.
• Lead the preparation of Annual Sustainability Report to Health, Safety and Environment Division – Corporate Support Directorate.
• Lead, develop plans and co-ordinate resources for the implementation of all ADNOC guidelines and Codes of Practice related to Health, Safety and Environment.
• Provide guidance and support to construction and commissioning at site on safety and environmental matters.
• Ensure that state-of-art technology is applied in the selection of safety equipment and both local and other statutory regulations are applied in the projects.
• Review and endorse the HSE Documents submitted by Consultants.
• Regularly visit project sites and ensures that Health, Safety and Environment System are fully implemented in accordance with the Company’s HSE requirements
HSE Responsibility
• Supervise the Safety and Health Program and assume authority of monitoring, and enforcing the elements of the program.
• Periodically monitor the site to determine adherence to the company Safety and Health Program.
Key Accountabilities
• Install and maintaining health, safety and environmental systems to ensure the 100% HSE concept implementation. Ensure compliance with 100% HSE culture in compliance with ADNOC accountability framework requirements.
• Responsible for configuring and continuous upgrading health, safety and environmental systems in ADNOC.
• Carry out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis.
• Develops fit for purpose HSEMS in accordance with the current requirements.
• Develop and Implement HSE audit Plan of Project sites to assure operations comply with COMPANY HSEMS requirements and expectations.
• Prepare the annual HSE letters for submission to top Management.
• Establish a document control system for the HSEMS and associated HSE systems, programmes and procedures.
• Review and comment on project HSE Deliverables in accordance with the Requirements (Appraisal / Select / FEED / Execute phase).
• Supervise/ prepare, maintain, and submit safety reports and ensure Environmental permits have been submitted in a timely manner in accordance with Company , Federal, Provincial, and Local EH&S regulations.
• Report Safety and Health compliance and ensure environmental compliance for the Operations are reported to ADNOC GHSE.
• Maintain current working knowledge of Company, Federal, Provincial and local safety, environmental and occupational health regulations.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science field.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• At least 8 years’ experience in safety engineering and HSE management systems.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
Professional Certifications
• Membership in a recognized International Safety Engineering Organization is preferable
• Diploma in Health and safety Engineering.

Job Purpose
Supervise consultants for master draughting activates, endorse all invoices submitted by the consultants. Support the projects Support team for any technical queries/clarification. Initiate 3D model in all project stages. Participate in developing strategies for master 2D/3D, coordinate with projects support team to implement and ensure enhancement the quality of final master drawings.
Job Specific Accountabilities
• Supports the concerned field personnel to facilitate collection of relevant data and technical documents for plant modification and maintenance.
• Develops scope of Work/ Term of Reference for Master Drawings update and 2D/3D model and cost estimate.
• Conducts Audits on 3D model for all projects, issue recommendation and ensure proper implementation by the consultants.
• Develops Tendering/Contract/Task order and review contractual recommendations.
• Instructs work directions to draughting Consultants for the Master update 2D/3D activities & review/ approve the daily submitted drawings.
• Reviews the As-built mark-up received from completed projects, distribution of update/preparation of Master of these completed projects to Call-out contractors ahead of approval stage.
• Reviews & initiates the release of progressive payments & final payment after ensuring final submission of deliverables from Call-out contractors.
• Manages Engineering tagging system (Maximo), timely uploading of AFC/Master drawings to EDMS, close-out of plant modifications, submission of as-built final deliverables for all completed projects, etc.
• Conducts integrity/ QA, QC check and ensures that all the final master drawings are uploaded in the relevant database.
• Coordinates with Application team in the enhancements for engineering Systems and participate in the testing.
• Develops and updates draughting standards for 2D/3D according to the new applied technologies.
• Reviews the new advances of 2D/3D technology and identify potential opportunities for improve performance and automation.
• Review and endorses the invoices for draughting consultants on monthly basis.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

6 years of experience, preferably similar role in oil and gas industry.
